The floor to ceiling windows on each level of the building overlook the spectacular Bethlehem Steel Blast Furnaces; giving your guests a unique view that is only found in the Lehigh Valley!

The Musikfest Café is on the 3rd floor of the ArtsQuest Center with a 4th floor balcony overlooking the space.

This space is 7,310 square feet and rents for $400 an hour with a two-hour set up fee and one hour break down fee added to the event time. This fee includes our house linens, tables, chairs, and china. This room features state of the art sound and lighting systems as well as a removable stage for live entertainment or presentation, audio visual fees apply when renting this space. It’s perfect for a large company meeting, appreciation event, presentation, award banquet or networking event.

On a Friday evening there is a $25,000 minimum and on a Saturday evening there is a $30,000 minimum (including facility fees, food, beverage, tax, and administrative fee) for the space.

Special Features (additional fees may apply): floor to ceiling windows with shades, 15K projectors, screens; removable stage, Wi-Fi, cement flooring, 4th floor loft for extra seating

Wind Creek Deck

The deck is a beautiful location to enjoy an intimate reception with a spectacular view of the Blast Furnaces, Levitt Pavilion and South Mountain. This venue accommodates up to 75 guests for a dining event and up to 150 guests for a cocktail style reception. It is available during warm weather months – May through October.

The Blast Furnace Room and Loft is on the second floor of the ArtsQuest Center.

This space is 3,460 square feet and rents at $250 an hour with a two-hour set up fee and one hour break down fee added to the event time. This fee includes our house linens, tables, chairs, and china. On a Saturday evening there is a $14,000 minimum (including facility fees, food, beverage, tax, and administrative fee) for the space. This space is perfect for a small to medium company meeting, trainings, education seminars, appreciation event, product launches, award banquet or networking event.

The First Floor of the ArtsQuest Center overlooks the Air Products Town Square and the iconic Blast Furnaces and features the newly added Palette and Pour Bar and Williams Brew Stage. This dynamic space is perfect for pre-event business exchanges, small tradeshow exhibits, or creative breakout sessions. Rental includes use of the existing tables and chairs in the commons.

Special Features: Sliding Glass Doors for Open Air Concept to Air Products Town Square (in warmer months), built-in bar


The cinemas are perfect for a seminar, training or team building event, can accommodate between 100-200 guests


The Visitors Center is the oldest standing building on the SteelStacks Campus. It’s perfect for an intimate company meeting or reception. This venue can accommodate up to 80 guests for a seated event and up to 150 guests for a cocktail style reception.

Special Features: Intimate space with natural light, access to outdoor courtyard at the base of the historic blast furnaces

Our professional culinary team is proud to provide a variety of cuisine, sure to please you and your guests! From barbeque to fine dining, our team can customize the menu to your preferences. Special dietary requests can be included in all menu plans.
