Do we need to arrange for a caterer to prepare the food for events at the ArtsQuest center?
No. At the ArtsQuest Center we work with our in-house culinary team to offer a variety of food options for your special day.

Can we use our own decorations?
Yes. You may use your own decorations; however, no tape, staples or nails may be used on the walls or furniture. Any repairs or damage to walls, furniture or equipment will be at client’s expense.

Can we book a DJ or band for our event?
Yes. DJ’s or Bands are welcome at the ArtsQuest Center however all DJ’s and Bands must be properly insured.

Can I bring home made items to an event?
No. Home baked items may not be offered at private events. Specialty celebration/wedding cakes may be purchased and delivered from a licensed food provider or bakery. We also have a variety of desserts available on our catering menu you could select from.

Where is parking for the ArtsQuest Center located?
Parking is FREE and located just a short walk away from the ArtsQuest Center.

How do we get to the ArtsQuest Center?
The ArtsQuest Center is located at 101 Founders Way, Bethlehem, PA 18015. Older GPS devices may not have this address. Click here for directions.

Are taxes and service charges included in your pricing?
No. All menu options will have an addition 6% tax and 21% gratuity added on.

What is included in the facility fee?
The facility fee includes ArtsQuest tables, chairs, linens and china.

Does the ArtsQuest Center provide Audio/Visual Equipment (screens, projectors, microphones, etc.)?
Yes. The ArtsQuest Center can provide audio/visual equipment for your event at an additional cost.

Can I hold my ceremony at the ArtsQuest Center?
Yes. There is a $1,000 flat ceremony fee. Ceremony locations depend on space availability and campus activities.
