Venue: PNC Plaza

These musicians have been bringing their wealth of experience and passion to Blues, Jazz, Swing, Folk, R&B, Soul and more for over 30 plus years. This band's journey began as BC & The Blues Crew followed by current Americana Roots band The BC Combo and its members have been graced with performances on bills that included Ray Charles, Buddy Guy, Koko Taylor, Ronnie Earl, Shemekia Copeland, Son Seals, Lonnie Brooks, and so many more.

BC Blue just formed in 2022 to establish itself as strictly a Blues band. Bev Conklin, a.k.a. “BC” and the members of this band are among the Lehigh Valley’s highly respected musicians and have been recipients of many Lehigh Valley Music Awards and honors by the Blues Guild of the Lehigh Valley as individuals, a band, veterans, life-time achievers, for their recordings and community involvement. This group is the only band from the Lehigh Valley to make it to The Blues Foundation’s International Blues Competition in Memphis TN as Finalist, representing the Billtown Blues Association out of Williamsport PA. New Orleans native and Army brat, Bev Conklin (“BC”) is a Penn State grad, a singer-songwriter for over 30 years and is fondly named The Lehigh Valley’s Queen of the Blues. From Brooklyn NY, “Chicago” Carl Snyder worked with over sixty of the Windy City’s blues artists on keys, most extensively with Junior Wells, Otis Rush, Son Seals and Jimmy Johnson; his bio alone is an interesting read. Chicago born and Detroit raised, Joe Mac has a resume of experience with the Southside Chicago Blues masters backing artists like Buddy Guy, John Primer and toured with Nature’s Divine with their one hit I Just Can’t Control Myself. From Philadelphia, Bobby Soul brings his wealth of experience on bass, vocals and guitar having a career with Soul, Funk and Blues. And from New Jersey, Glenn Spadone has been on the live music scene on drums for over 30 years. Given all the years and now what the pandemic has dished out to challenge any band’s existence, we believe… "It’s all about having fun!"
