Join Neville Gardener of Red Stag Pub & Donegal Square as he hosts this special pre-St. Patrick’s Day dinner! He and Red Stag Executive Chef Jill Oman have paired whiskies from Ireland and Scotland with four fantastic courses. You’ll also walk away with a Sláinte-logo souvenir Glencairn glass sourced from Scotland!

First Course: Honey & Vanilla Glazed Sea Scallop, paired with Balvenie Caribbean Rum Cask Scotch Whisky
Second Course: Hazelnut & Currant Jam Burger Slider, paired with Red Breast 21 Irish Whiskey
Third Course: Smoked Whiskey Wings & Charred Pineapple Salsa paired with Teelings Black Pits Irish Whiskey
Dessert Course: Triple Chocolate Cheesecake paired with Glenmorangie Signet Scotch Whisky
