Pennsylvania-based Celtic-tinged folk rock collective River Drivers is a band whose unique passion-infused style of music draws from Americana, Celtic and Appalachian influences and features powerful and distinctive vocals and multi-instrumentalists. Their high energy music explores themes of hard-working people and social justice and their repertoire strikes a fine balance of originals and resurrected folk songs. Last September, they released “Live at SteelStacks” to rave reviews and global radio play and streaming. Earlier CDs "River Drivers" and "Big Oak Road" garnered acclaim from major international Celtic and folk music journals including No Depression, fRoots and Irish Music Magazine. Their Blair Mountain is featured on the United Mine Workers of America website. Three of their songs have been chosen as International Women's Freedom Songs. And this year, Sí Se Puede was chosen an International Songwriters Day 2025 first place winner.
