Former Miss Gay Pennsylvania Elektra Fearce St. James - who recently became the first drag queen to perform at the Pennsylvania Governor's Mansion - is back to direct one of our most enduring Oktoberfest traditions: Dragtoberfest! She'll have a cast full of the region's most talented queens ready to serve you with jaw-dropping performances on the Oktoberfest Arena stage.
