Improv Anxiety: A Workshop

Did you know Anxiety Disorders are the most common mental illness in the U.S.?
In the Improv Anxiety Workshop, participants will learn the fundamentals of improv which can help them manage mild to moderate anxiety symptoms. Participants will also walk away with a toolbox of skills they can use in everyday life. No prior improv experience necessary!
Emily Kreiger is a mental health professional. She has studied counseling at Penn State University and Liberty University. Currently, she is studying Drama Therapy with a Board Certified Trainer at Creative Kinections, LLC. Her seven year plan includes earning her RDT (Registered Drama Therapist) Certification and a Doctorate in Psychodrama.
Emily has been performing comedy since 2015. Before moving to the Lehigh Valley and taking courses at ArtsQuest, she trained at the Harrisburg Improv Theater. She has been a house team performer, a team coach, and a teacher of TEENprov. Currently, she performs with her team Big Check on The Improv Comedy Power Hour at Steelstacks.
