ArtsQuest Codes of Conduct

PERFORMERS:

ArtsQuest is committed to maintaining an environment in which all individuals are treated with dignity and respect. Therefore, ArtsQuest expects that all relationships among all persons on and off stage will be business-like, respectful and free of bias, prejudice and harassment.

ArtsQuest will make every reasonable effort to ensure that all staff, volunteers, artists, musicians, instructors, vendors, and patrons are familiar with these policies and are aware that any complaint in violation of such policies will be investigated and resolved appropriately. Anyone who has questions or concerns should talk with ArtsQuest Human Resources who can be contacted here: hr@artsquest.org.

Performers are expected to respect the boundaries of staff, volunteers, artists, musicians, instructors, vendors, and patrons on stage, in class, at our venues, and in our personal lives (both on and off-line). Reported incidents of harassment that occur off of ArtsQuest’s campus will be handled with the same weight and urgency as those occurring on campus.

We ask that individuals report any harassing behavior, whether experienced, observed, or informed of, to ArtsQuest staff immediately, via any means. ArtsQuest reserves the right to remove you from any of our programming should you not follow these codes of conduct.
