Souper Bowl 2020

Join us for the 11th annual Souper Bowl to be held on Saturday, January 25 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the ArtsQuest Center! The Souper Bowl is a chance for you to showcase your culinary skills and market your business to your local community while helping the ArtsQuest Arts Education Fund, which provides arts education programming to at-risk youth in our community.

Restaurants and caterers throughout the region prepare their most delicious soups in the following categories:

• Vegetarian
• Cream-based
• Seafood-based
• Meat-based
• Ethnic
• Most Original

A Souper Bowl Champion will also be chosen by popular vote.
Participants can bring up to three (3) varieties to showcase at their table.

This event usually sells-out quickly, with more than 500 guests who will sample and judge the soups for awards in the aforementioned categories.

Participants are responsible for providing the following:

• Soup for 500 guests to sample (approx. 5 to 6 gallons)
• Serving utensils
• Rubber gloves for staff
• Warming units for soups
• Extension cords, power strips, etc. if you requested electric access
• Staff for setting up and staffing your table
• Marketing materials so attendees can visit you!
